As part of the Physiotherapy Associates preventive injury care, licensed therapists are available to speak on work-related services as well as many sports-related topics (i.e. golf fitness, athletic training, stretching/core strengthening for runners, etc.) and general wellness issues (i.e. back care, posture, body mechanics and the ergonomics of daily living.)
